Help and support
Practical guides for using Ergoprise — searching the archive, managing your subscription, troubleshooting common issues, and getting human help when none of the above works.
Finding things
- Use the search box (search enabled: true) to look across the whole archive.
- Browse by category (enabled: true) for broad topics.
- Browse by tag (enabled: true) for specific subjects.
- Use an author profile (enabled: true) to follow a single writer.
Managing your newsletter subscription
Every email from Ergoprise contains a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. If your address has changed, the easiest path is to unsubscribe the old address and resubscribe with the new one — we keep no other personal data tied to a subscription.
Troubleshooting
I cannot find a post I remember reading
Try the search box first. If the post was retired we sometimes redirect the old URL to a related piece; if neither works, send us the URL or what you remember and we will try to track it down.
Newsletter emails go to spam
Add the sender address to your contacts and (if you use Gmail) drag a recent newsletter from the Promotions tab to the Primary tab. That trains your client to deliver future emails to the inbox.
Site looks broken
Try a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R). If the issue persists, please report it — see the box below for the fastest channels.
When to contact a human
If none of the above resolves your issue, the Contact page lists every channel we monitor and how fast we usually reply.
Still stuck?
For anything not covered here, our Contact page is the fastest path to a human at Ergoprise.
